Our machines are built to European standards for deep cavity products with high mainframe, brand new universal servo machine, clamping force from 50 tons to 2,200 tons, each specification can be selected according to the customer's product requirements with 2 to 3 different injection structures. In addition to the development and design of large two-plate series, clamping force from 800 tons to 2100 tons.
Product advantages:
OC-480H is a machine in the standard fast series with the advantages of center clamping and ultra-large mold opening stroke. It is suitable for large-scale production of various plastic products, such as plastic fruit baskets, classified trash cans, plastic basins, auto parts and other plastic products.
Reliability:
The clamping structure adopts a direct pressure external curved center clamping structure, which achieves unprecedented stable mold interlocking and ensures a more accurate and reliable clamping structure. It not only ensures the quality and precision of the product, but also better protects the mold and template and prolongs the service life of the mold.
Energy saving:
The servo motor plus internal gear pump power system is used to achieve a power output mode that provides as much energy as needed, greatly saving energy, reducing about 20%-80% compared to traditional power output modes.
Stability:
The hydraulic system adopts high-speed, super-large, special oil circuit design, multi-channel logic control, large flow, low noise and stable performance.
The double-cylinder injection technology is adopted, and the linear guide rail of the injection platform is matched, the injection response is faster, the precision is higher, the movement inertia is small, and the injection is more stable.
Operability:
The electronic control unit adopts Techmation computer, adopts a large-size touch screen, and the touch function makes the operation simpler and more convenient. The system language adopts a multi-language version, which is better adapted to the servo system and has a wide applicability.
